Mi sad teško možemo da izbegnemo duel sa Kosovom na u20 nivou što bi moglo da ima dalekosežnije malo posledice od ovog jednog ispadanja u niži rang. Tipa, kako će da se reaguje kad mi predamo taj meč, dal će nas pustiti da ostanemo, dal ćemo uopšte da igramo to takmičenje, dal će biti suspenzije itd.

"Najveća sramota je što je Zufer Avdija (Srbin, Goranac) doveo svog sina iz Izraela, Denija Avdiju u Srbiju pre tri ili četri godine da igra za SRBIJU a stručnjaci iz KSS-a su rekli da nije talentovan. Deni je sada najbolji mladi igrač Evrope. Samo zbog toga treba da daju ostavke i da se nikada više ne pojave u KSS-u"

E da evo jednog primera. Ova generacija '99 je bila sampion Evrope u18 2017, a sada su u u20 ispali u B diviziju. Tako da te price o uspesima mladih timova i i znacaju istih mozete da bacite odmah u vodu. Za 2-3 god se sve promeni. Od sampiona Evrope do meceva sa Jermenijom haha

Meni je nejasno da savezi i dalje nemaju ozbiljne skaute koji prate naše sportiste van matice, pogotovo u svetlu ovolikih migracija.

 

U sećanju mi je ostala izjava Kristine Mladenović, da je niko nikada iz TSS nije zvao da nastupa za Srbiju, kao odgovor na pitanje novinara zašto ne nastupa i da li bi nastupala za Srbiju :lol: Niko se tada nije oglasio iz TSS da demantuje tu izjavu...

Već neko vreme čitam razne komentare na temu mlađih selekcija i želim sada da ostavim svoj komentar. Iako ni u kom slučaju ne može biti loš pokazatelj to što se osvajaju medalje u mlađim kategorijama, međutim ne mora biti ni dobar pokazatelj. Pogledajmo samo primere iz borilačkih sportova, gde unazad deset godina imamo dominantne takmičare u mlađim kategorijama, a recimo samo su se Majdov i Nemeš uzdigli kao top takmičari i među seniorima. Drugo, nerealno je očekivati da sa našom sportskom bazom i institucionalnom infrastrukturom svake godine izbacujemo uspešne generacije mladih sportista. Mnogi već sa 16 potpisuju profesionalne ugovore i trajno odlaze iz Srbije kako bi zaradili neki dinar ili jednostavno otišli iz Srbije, a samim i tim neretko gube šansu da budu deo sistema i kasnije seniorskih NT, čime sebe lišavaju šanse da pobegnu iz prosečnosti ponekad. Ono što je važnije jeste omogućiti svakome priliku da se dokaže na seniorskom nivou, jer prioriteti u životu se menjaju, neko izrazito talentovan izgubi motiv da se bavi sportom posle 17-18. godine, dok se drugi tek tada bude. Ne treba praviti dramu ako jedne godine ispadnemo u niži rang, po mom mišljenju stanje postaje alarmantno tek ukoliko se ne možemo vratiti u najviši rang i biti konkuretni u periodu od 3-5 godina, naravno u sportovima gde smo tradicionalno dobri. Recimo, što se muške odbojke tiče, trebalo bi da postoji zabrinutost, ali ne i ženske. Ista situacija je i sa muškom košarkom, apsolutno nema razloga za brigu za sada.

Pogledaš jednu Veljinu trku, pogledao si sve. Na 150m treći sa 0,3 zaostatka za prvim, na kraju šesti sa sekundu zaostatka i jednu stotinku iza petog, a taj peti odlazi u polufinale kao 16.

    • There is a transgender volleyball player here in Brazil; there was even a recent controversy (this year) when a city banned her from playing in a certain competition, which ended up in court, ultimately in her favor.   But the situation is much simpler than that; the reason for this decision is because of the two female boxers who won at Paris 2024 (who apparently are not transgender).

    • there were rumors about it for quite a while, but as I wrote, it was never confirmed so, it might well be just some haters throwing out some shit on her 🤷
    • Where did you get that?   I'm not sure I would have considered her to have dissapeared from out of nowhere, at least since after Tokyo... she did win medals at the next two World Championships. I think it's just recently, she's been struggling with injury which is why she's completely out of form... 
    • Even though I'm not the biggest fan of her, always sucks to see a career ending through injury and not on your own terms 
    • This is going to have an effect on very likely 0 athletes, possibly 1 or 2 we don't really know about yet. It's really mostly the cheapest possible way for them to make a sort of political statement, without having any significant backlash since it won't really affect anyone at the top level of international sports.   Edit: worded a bit wrong, I was thrown off by everywhere 'trans women' being mentioned as the target of this. Of course there is also the somewhat larger category of DSD and the likes, which will certainly affect a few athletes - unfortunately they are often thrown under the bus or mentioned as 'not really women anyway' or something like that, despite, you know, being.
    • Mary Rand has died aged 86. The first British woman to win a Gold in track and field at the 1964 Tokyo Games (where she also took home a further two medals in the Women’s 4x100m relay and Pentathlon).
    • Athing Mu competed in the USA trials in 2024 and 2025 post the 2023 rule changes. She also won Gold in 2022 and Bronze in 2023.    Jelimo the jury is out. She doesn’t look male like the other two do.   
    • People focus on trans people because it's easier to pinpoint the affected athletes. Meanwhile it's the athletes with (suspected) DSDs that will have tougher time to convince the authorities and the public opinion that they belong to women's sports.
