Yes, all media says so and here as well, but that's apparently just not true. They seem to be counting team time trials for some riders, yet don't count them for others. 

 

If team time trials don't count as a stage win for the rider, there are only 91 riders who have won a stage in all 3 GT's.

If team time trials do count as a stage win for the rider, there are well over 100 riders who have won a stage in all 3 GT's.
