Probably just going for their main events. The 200 free final tomorrow night is not long before the 200 fly semi's, and vdBurgh had said the 50 breast will be his main goal at these champs.

Today in the relay there are the big 5: Can, Kor, Chn, Ned and Ita. So it will be a terrible fight even at the semi-final level. The Italians are a bit miss a 4 skater: Antonioli is a level lower and I think we have to count on Previtali's progress until next year. Today, for the first time since 2022, Fontana showed great skate. There is some hope for the future, but the level is insanely high.
