My early prediction was correct

 

So, if Zubčić didn't screw up his downhill in the bottom part then Aerni wouldn't win as he wouldn't start first.

and btw Adam said it after 5 skiers finished the slalom that Aerni will win it today , no way that anyone beat this lucky guy today

Yup Hirscher is kicking himself. Not happy at all.  Many skiers not happy with the course conditions, expected.

Once again men's alpine skiing proves to be the most conditions/weather dependent sport. And thus the most unfair.

 

I think the solution is that the best placed downhillers should start first, they are not good in slalom anyway...

But then the good slalommers have a double disadvantage
