But using my history & cinema knowledge, and a dose of my own logic, I think Béla is a distinctive Hungarian name.

 

Given that back in the day, the Austro-Hungarian Empire ethnic distribution pretty much followed the administrative divisions between the two realms, Czechia Austria and that Ukrainain strip of land belonged to the German dominated realm.

 

Hungary on the other hald, lost a lot of land and still has a sizable minority in Romania, so being satisfied with equalizing my previous run, I go with option A
