From the top it looks like Peťo made just a reflexive move to avoid a crash, but I agree from the helicopter video it looked worse, the problem is that right in the most important moment on this video appeared this tree, so we can not see clearly the whole action...

Our international referee, in the TV studio said that from his view it was clean and there no way Peter should be DSQ or penalised, but well, thats a slovak referee so ... hard to measure fairly the objectivity

Sagan goes down to 115th place plus he got a 30 second time penalty (like someone like Sagan gives a damn about a time penalty), he got away quite well there.
