European Winter Youth Olympic Festival 2017

Recommended Posts

I agree, the depth in ice hockey low so, when you have Championship tier nations playing against a Division III nation you end up with a blowout. France will also easily win by double digits.

It'll be the same thing with the South Korean women's team at the Olympics. At least the men's team may avoid getting completely stomped in all of their matches.

I remember this just destroyed the womens hocey in Bulgaria, they needed few more years to try a restart with some new girls

Hockey in Bulgaria has been destroyed for 27 years (since the fall of socialism) :d It encorporates only amateurs playing for fun (if they are having fun ) The federation exists only to get some funding from the country, which disappears immidiately. This sport is non-existent here and i'm surprised they go to international competitions at all.

Biathlon tomorrow, if someone sees a live stream somewhere, please post it :d

That's by far the event I'm looking forward to the most, especially the women's races because that's basically the only event of which I actually know a decent number of names :p

If K Dmytrenko keeps her shooting under control, she shouldn't have any problems winning a couple of gold medals..

Alright, Salvijus Ramanauskas in 1500m. A Final. We might be going for our first medal, he is a very talented youngster and a contender in all three disciplines :)

    • That's so they can play in both venues in Canada.  Will mean that the UEFA Path A winner has to go from Toronto to Los Angeles and then up to Seattle.   Someone was bound to draw the short straw in that group since 4 of the matches are Central, but 2 are in Santa Clara.  Unfortunately, that's Algeria.
