Not sure if it's the same for all European countries, but here Eurosport 1 is showing the 1st stage of the Tour de l'Avenir, the stage race for the world's very best talents  

 

Kristoffer Halvorsen is the main sprinter, 20-year old Egan Bernal of Colombia, who has had a very impressive season already, is the huge favourite for the GC win.

The African Team, Dimension Data, has signed Julien Vermote (BEL) from Quick-Step. Bad loss for them, Vermote has done some absolutely monstrous work during the Tour de France at the front of the peloton.
