General standings in Algeria after the 3rd stage are hilarious  

 

"Gewiss-Dubai" as they are jokingly called on a Dutch forum  (most cycling fans will know what they mean with Gewiss-Dubai)

But the Tour de Sétif is in Algeria right? So that's what I meant, the general standings in the Tour de Sétif   (which you can say as "The general standing in Algeria", because it's the only big race in Algeria right now and it was the one we were talking about)
