The whole Swiss hockey team is in isolation due to norovirus. If they have to forfeit, we'll be missing a tune up opportunity i feel

USA is set to play Finland tomorrow. Do we know if they're ready to play? 

 

Then USA vs SUI on Monday. If the Swiss are infected, I doubt they're ready by Monday. They may just have to forfeit all those games because I don't see how they can make them all up. 

 

I just hope they stop the spread here. Which is hard to do in such close quarters. It's bad enough Finland and Switzerland are affected, and no disrespect, but it'd be a shame if Canada and/or the USA were to be infected, too.

Also on a side note, such a shame that there is no dedicated CBC streaming website for these games. I find the CBC Gem layout as about asthetically pleasing as that insect Jocelyn Peterman stepped on during her first game.

Finally had a chance to update the standings. @Josh was the only person to get both questions correct yesterday and he is in sole possession of the lead.

So I guess in terms of medals today, best chances would be in the women's 3000m and women's ski jumping. Men's big air and downhill are unlikely. Skiathlon is close to impossible.

Quick update in mixed doubles curling, there’s still a lot to play for but Canada is among the front runners for a semifinal spot, if Switzerland loses (the only team at 2 losses) and Canada wins that would be really helpful. 

Big game against Great Britain, win and there’s a good chance we’re in (like the US game)
