Dutch commentator saying McEvoy's time is the 9th fastest ever. So my question: is it actually? Just to be sure, because the Dutch athletics commentator all the time says something is "the Xth fastest time ever", while meaning that the athlete is now "the Xth fastest athlete ever" (since athletes can of course have multiple fast times)

Based on the World Aquatics leaderboard, it's the 10th fastest performance ever.

Nope, just checked the all-time list, and the Dutch commentator is wrong
