Additionally,  needs to at least win in order to survive (preferentially during regulation). If they lose against  they will be regulated.

 

The great thing is the final quarterfinal spot in both groups will be decided in a head to head match on Tuesday;  v  and  v  will decide who advances (the later may have to be a regulation win if Germany beats Czechia tomorrow).

 will still be relegated with an OT win, they must win in regulation time.

Also have to be said, that if top Group A and  finish 4th in Group B, The quarterfinals pairings will be from the same groups 1A-4A and 2A-3A, 1B-4B and 2B-3B
