:IRL Eddie Dunbar wins with a classic opportunist attack out of an over-sized breakaway.

And Roglič shaves some more chunks from Ben O'Connor's Parmesan.

Turning into a good Tour - win today for one of the small domestic Spanish teams.

Of all days they do it on the day they announced the death of one of their founders.

Yeah, a must watch, absolute epic!

Plus Roglič continues shaving 30 time off Ben O'Connor's lead at the rate of 30 seconds per stage.

And he got a 20 second drafting penalty when he had that late bike change, so more to do next week.

Primož Roglič docked 20 seconds for drafting behind team car on stage 15 of Vuelta a España (msn.com)

Crash for Van Aert on a wet descent and that's it for one of the main guys who kept this Vuelta entertaining.

They have pretty much all their top guys on offense besides Altuve.   I did accidentally forget Cuba. Call me crazy but I'm placing them 7th behind Panama. Panama is my dark horse team for the tournament and Cuba isn't looking too pretty these days to be honest especially on offense although Canada, Panama and Cuba are all probably roughly in the same tier. Maybe Puerto Rico as well since they're missing their 3 best players on offense.
