I think we are now back level with Tokyo on Golds, with the 2 losses in swimming and 1 in diving being offset by 1 each in rowing, triathlon and shootinh

Although we already know that we're losing the BMX gold and we didn't qualify to defend one of our boxing golds.

Emma in a little trouble in first race of the day, was 18th but moved up to 14th with still over halfway to go in this race. Israeli provisionally leads the standings

Finishes 7th and remains top of the standings.

Edit - apols read the app wrong, I don’t think race is finished yet but she’s now up to 7th!

So another disappointing result in the judo today. Doesn't look like we'll be bringing back medal this time around.

Worth saying though that 3 of our bouts have been lost in golden score so could easily have gone in our favour if we'd had a bit of luck on our side.

What a wild few hours. I went blind for all of it so I didn’t know the diving or rowing results while watching. .

Unmentioned on here but Ollie Morgan got through to the semis in 12th while McInnes was 7th ans Stephen’s 14th in making their semi. Hopefully one of them will make a final so we don’t have another GB less final night tomorrow. (We might make the women 4 x 200 final as well).
