I think they said fence 21. The BBC last night showed the picture of the incident used unsuccessfully to to try and appeal it.

It was towards the end of the course - 21D. It did look a bit ropey and Tina Cook even said she hoped it was OK but the angle for broadcast wasn't great.

It's arguable either way, it looks like the horse left flank may be a little bit outside the line of the flag before Ros' knee hits it. But incredibly harsh, GB would have utterly walked this competition without that flag.
