Another sport and another dissapointed this week, oh well... :(

I know you’re sad about the final result especially against an extremely winnable opponent in Azerbaijan, but Poland making the final (and defeating a quality team in Netherlands) was a great result for them, they performed well above their level throughout the entire tournament. Chin up, they’re in with a chance at the future OQTs! ;)

P.S you’re not alone, us Canadians have had countless frustrating results during the Olympic qualifying period, so I feel for you.

If only I was from Spain… they’ve been qualifying in everything so far :p

I don't think, she played for Russia at the U18 Eurobasket 2009

Well, I did some research and actually we can count out Ulyanova and Mollenhauer - first is actually Azerbaijani, but was (shockingly) naturalized by Russia and then came back to homeland, and Mollenhauer moved to the Azerbaijan at the age of 5, so she's not naturalized American

Thanks, and interesting, especially Mollenhauer having basically grown up there, that's Azerbaijani enough I'd say :d
