big big news regarding Olympic bronze medalist and two time World Champion  Zurabi Datunashvili

to be honest everything was suspicious about this guy, his sudden improvement since 2021, his body, his sudden retirement in 2023 . its great to see him finally getting caught.

 

they will reallocate the medals later after the end of the process but his Olympic bronze will go to  Ivan Huklek, I think that will be the first ever wrestling medal for Croatia

 

his 2021 World title will go  Maskevich and the 2022 gold goes to  Bisultanov

Bisultanov will benefit more than anybody else, he also gets a bronze from 2021 and  Kessidis will get a bronze from 2022.

really sad when you win a olympic medal 3 years later and no one cares

Of course it will be registered and so on, but all those moments of joy etc are gone.

Yes its first Croatian wrestling medal since independence, but there was a medal won for Yugoslavia by Croatian.

Zurabi Datunashvili was beaten and arrested in Tbilisi protests few days ago.

Bad days for him, i guess.

Even though i am saddened that Serbia lost its medal, i support this decision, clean sport was always my dream. Bad thing is that (who knows how many) many wrestlers wont be caught any time soon.
