So apparently Nino Schurter is still winning world cups. Meanwhile I've never heard of the South African Candice Lill who took the bronze in Val di Sole, beating major names like Lecomte, Stigger and Mitterwallner.

    • Thank you for running these awards! Great job @vinipereira
    • I was counting on the fact that the recent terrible performances would shake up these people and it seems to have worked Giacomel yesterday said in an interview that he was hurt by the attacks of fans on social media and stood up for his teammates. It's great that he finally broke through on the shooting range, because running it looked pretty good the whole time. Wierer was also good but it's a shame about that last shooting, because 2nd place would have been a sure thing. The atmosphere will definitely improve before Anterselva and that's good. The Italian teams need to stabilize and defend their places in the top 10 in the Nations Cup: this is guaranteed 5 places in 2026 games.
    • Unlike Mexican softball team, most of the ice hockey players are born in Mexico.   However, since ice rinks are only found in posh municipalities and the cost of the gear/training, some of them have non spanish surnames, being descended from US and European immigrants, plus the odd born and raised in Mexico US citizen.
