Beating ourselves when there’s an Olympic ticket on the line. Just like the men’s team did when they lost to Belgium.

Just yikes.

:SRB defeat :CAN 3-1.

Big opportunity for points towards our World Ranking, and it wasn’t taken. Worst match of VNL for us…

Serbia had a C squad in action, and were 1-5 before this match, and yet we still couldn’t win. They’re expected to send an even weaker lineup to week 3, so to all of my Dutch friends enjoy your 3-0 win.

KVR and Gray were horrific today, while Maglio, White, and Murmann were the highlights.

Edit: O’Reilly had an off night as well.

For real? Because somewhere else I read Boskovic would be back then. Curious if any Serbian user has some news about that :p

I will also say that we need to stop relying on big points from Gray and Van Ryk every single match. Clearly they’re getting tired.

And neither team deserves to qualify for the Olympics honestly, both teams keep blowing chances.

Against the Dominican Republic, the Dutch team played mostly with their reserves, with the setter and the main attackers staying on the bench, with the opposite and setter only coming in for a few points at the end of the sets.
