Asadauskaitė still amazing - from -5 minutes to -1 minute. Horrible performance by Serapinaitė. She always was a good at combined, something happened to her.

It wasn't an hard combined. This Olympic was decided by the equestrian session

My 3 reasons:

-They want a specific venue for Olympics (added costs for 2 medal events makes little to no sense)

-Horses - literally luck determines who wins. Its not fair

-Limited global following

As someone already said, it's a lottery. No matter how good you are, if you get a crappy horse you won't be nowhere near the podium. Asadauskaite made 1072 points, if she wasn't eliminated in the riding event and, instead, had lost 20 points, it would be enough for a medal.
