The main (and truly the only proper) sport base for artistic swimming in Ukraine was situated in Kharkiv. Kharkiv is under a heavy shelling from russians from the very beginning of the war.

You know, I am from Ukraine and I do not understand too. 

The only reason I can see - Portugal could deny that quota.

Nobody knows, Portugal had higher final score than Ukraine.

Did you combine the technical and duet? The combined score for Ukraine was 444.9607 while for Portugal is was 409.2659

I understood that only the score of the finals counted, probably i understood wrong, i thought the missed final counted like a 0 point performance.
