Thank you! So Ukraine with quota ?? https://www.ffboxe.com/follow-the-event/ in some category we have 3 plus 4 fights (-75kg, 69kg so someone miss event probably, but in - 63 is 4 plus 4), maybe he was in entry list form, but after he decide to leave this tournament

athletes and table draws are exactly the same as in London...

actually, this tournament must be seen as the simple completion of that one...

Yes, but if boxer was in London but did not started, national federation can change athlete. In this case Ukraine has a quota.  But this boxer must be in Paris.

As has been said the draws are the same but if the athlete has not started, he or she can be replaced

If they have started a fight, they can’t be replaced

In the :IRL example, Michael Nevin won a fight at 75kg and is turning pro, so he can’t be replaced. His opponent will get a walk over

At 91+ kg Dean Gardiner has retired but as he didn’t fight in London, he is being replaced

So, at these categories which already started last year and didn't finished yet (for example men's +91kg or women's -69kg) all results are cancelled and boxers will compete from the beginning once again?

Nooo, for example Masternak won a fight, he decided to leave event (we can not replace him). Kulik and Wójcik was in London but they did not fight, so we can change the boxer.
