Biathlon QS, looks like its pretty much the same as Beijing

Figure skating, each singles events with a reduction of one spot (30 to 29) from Beijing.

Yea im questioning that as well. They could have easily removed a pair quota and stopped.

Why did they need to remove anything? I don’t remember any quota reductions for figure skating.
