Correct decision based on the pictures. But it is problematic when such decisions can be made so long after. 
 

what if an athlete in the first attempt in qualification, makes the Q-standard with white flag. He/she will not even be allowed to do the next attempts because he/she is considered as already qualified. Then if that mark would be changed to foul the day after (or even just after the qualification is over), that athlete would not even have had a chance to have a second result?

Pretty sure they’d get the extra throws. They regularly do solo reruns in the sprints.

She had at least two false starts domestically and this is a common problem for her.  Both she and the Brit should have been DQ right away given the "reaction" time
