the problem is that he gave up 5 hits in a row in the middle of the match with mistakes he shouldn't have done it

 

it's complicated when you always have to pursuit your opponent

 

and let's say the truth...Elsissy is a good fencer, but he isn't Szilagyi nor Bazadze

1st Medal for Egypt in Senior WCH since waaaaaaaay back i guess 1951 , it's actually the 1st time an Egyptian fencer wins a medal in an individual event

Really weird end of match between Bazadze and Elsissy, the Egyptian has reveived a very controversial red card at 13-12.

Bazadze is through to the finale !

 Sandro Bazadze is the first finalist of the men's Sabre

 

he beat  Ziad Elsissy by a score of 15-14 (after a quite controversial red card to the Egyptian when he was leading 13-12)
