Don't know if anyone knows what is up with Italy's olympic preparation.  World juniors the year before the Olympics has been the test event for the host since 1997, but WCF juniors page says that Italy has not confirmed hosting of the 2025 event yet.  Kind of weird to not have a concise plan for the test events I think.

Junior Worlds were on this week. 
 

On the men’s side,  won gold,  won silver, and  won bronze

 

On the women’s side, undefeated  won gold,  won silver, and  won bronze

Team Homan through to the Scotties final with a 6-4 win over Team Jones, after stealing 2 in the extra end!

Rooting for Team Jones against Team Cameron tomorrow afternoon, really don’t want it to be the final four-person game of Jennifer Jones’s career.

Team Homan wins the Scotties title with a 5-4 win over Team Jones. I’m a Team Homan fan, but still sad that this is the last time I’ll ever be seeing Jennifer Jones on the ice as part of a four-person team. What a career though.
