As far as I can see there are effectively no genuine spectators at all - everyone in the stands are team-mates or coaches of the competitors.

Only two classifications at the 2017 world championships but you've got to start somewhere.

Well the marathon is probably a combination of Dubai not wanting to close streets and pat for it, and the IPC not wanting to deal with the same drama as the IAAF had to.
