Summer Paralympic Games Paris 2024

Well, I enjoyed the ceremony. I imagine reactions will be mixed again, but it worked for me.

It was ok, of course such ceremonies have to focus on disabled people problems (i guess so having no comparison). In that perspective i really enjoyed it.

I fell in love with sports.....since i first seen it

:JPN Satomi/Yamazaki on a mission, that was a great first set from them and the South Koreans weren’t even playing that badly :d

WR #4 compared to #10 which is a lot in pretty much any para sport but still…

By “everyone” who exactly do you mean? The Slovenian para volleyball federation? Because of course they’re going to be saying that :d

Everyone as in staff and players.

Oh. Well I’d hope so :d

It’s good that they have self belief in the team, but there was maybe less than a 5% chance of a Paralympic medal at best (and a likely 5th/6th match), I can’t remember the last time they beat one of the big 4 or Italy.

:JPN Kaneko finds the gap between the two Chinese players and ties the game up!

6-6 :CHN v. :JPN with just over 7 minutes to go!

Edit: Great, CBC decides to stop the stream right in the middle of the match, you’ve got to be joking
