I’m guessing - really don’t know -,that unlike the Olympics there is no overall coverage deal, so that more popular (in the US anyway) sports like softball have made their own deals with pay TV.

I didn’t want to jinx anything, but I just arrived in Birmingham to cover The World Games 2022    It’s my first time attending a multi-sports games in-person, so hopefully it’s an enjoyable

Just tuned in for the powerlifting.   Surely this is not a serious sport? If you need 5 (!) officials standing around, protecting each athlete, then maybe just don't do it?

loses two medals due to anti-doping violations    Sveva Melillo  loses her gold medal in Muaythai (Women’s -54kg). Gold goes to Ashley Thiner , with Laura Burgos  upgraded to silver @mrv86.

Might by on a country basis. Here, one channel brought the rights and thus everything is geoblocked.

Funny enough, that channel doesn't seem to have a single minute of the Games on its schedule...

ISB are the host broadcaster. I believe priority has been given to filming the finals sessions of all sports.

Seems a bit odd that we are getting tons of lacrosse but no softball, then.

Softball doesn’t start today, so that’s probably why.

Well sure, but I’m looking at the schedule through to Tuesday. Lots of Lacrosse, no softball.  I’m sure it’s being shown somewhere.

:COL takes the first gold medal in none other than roller sports speed skating. Like I said during the Bolivarian Games…they are still very good :p
