Yes, but there are 2 quotas. One for :MDA and one for either :NED or :GER , I think.

That is correct :yes He is also the first quota for Moldova

🇲🇩 & 🇩🇪 with the quotas in men’s individual.

 

🇪🇸 already have the quota from XD so are not eligible for individual quotas .
