What was really dreadfully funny was right up until he went crazy, it was abundently clear what an awesome prospect he actually is. I just hope the mockery doesn't tempt him to say, 'screw this' and return chastened to the United States, never to return.

Yes only 1 gold stripped in swimming was in 1972 , Rick DeMont USA 400M freestyle

Ultimately the decision to strip or not rests with.the sports' Governing Body, not the IOC.  So draw your own conclusions.
