Holy shit Katinka, I did not expect that time in the heats at all. That must be her best time ever in a heat in 200 IM.

We had chance for quota in relay, but our "best" swimmer Stjepanovic was really disaster. Only 49.59. LOOOOOL. Even with that we we were so close for quota and NR. And Sebastian Sabo is in final with Hungary.........

12 quota for each relay is correct, as they actually qualify directly to the Games...

 

but you should consider also the mixed freestyle relay, as it's an official Olympic event (and follows the same rules as the other relays, if I remember well)...

I mean, the swimmers who will relay the medley will be the same in mixed? so I will count 2 times the same swimmers?

not necessarily...if they have a deep enough program, some Nations could choose to use different swimmers for the mixed relay, not used in any other relay competition...

so, you should consider that just as another race...

so I consider 4 quotas for each relay? will everyone agree?

Anyone else feeling like they're swimming the wrong way in Gwangju?  

 

I feel like they usually start on the other side, where now they only start in the 50's

What a bad performance of the Dutch swimmers; the 4x100 relay men didn't qualify (only 16th) and once Ranomi Kromowidjojo was a swimmer of the outside category (three time Olympic champion), now she swims 54,31 in relay. We expected and hoped a bit more, especially after the disappointing results of our open water swimmers.

Kazan 2025 and Budapest 2027
