Looks like Canada is going with their A-team (not much choice).  US and AUS going with B-teams.

What are the rules? can you field two entirely different teams for the heats and the finals?

As far as I know.  In 2017 I believe the US had 4 completely different swimmers in the final despite having set the WR in the heats.

The disparity between our men and women is crazy now.  Only one man has even made a SF so far, and I don't see that changing.  Meanwhile our women are going to double the best medal count Canada has ever gotten all by themselves.
