I guess this will silence the Oscars critics for a while.

So... Wrestling Europeans start in less than 6 hours. Goodnight then!

And a full day of work starts in less than 5. I'm glad awards season is over!

By the way, for those who enjoyed Parasite, and are happy it won; I highly recommend Snowpiercer. Snowpiercer was supposed to be his first big film, but it’s release was quite downplayed. It’s in English, and it’s damn good. It’s still one of my favorite films of all-time. It does also share the common theme of class warfare.

Seems like more people than usual are happy with the outcomes: from regular movie viewers to people focussed on the diversity thing, everyone won :d

Too bad Jojo Rabbit didn't win, it would probably have been a unique moment where I had actually seen the 'best picture' winner :p

Thought I was gonna get back on track there with 1917, but no. Haven't seen the winner at the moment of the award since Argo :p

    • Can see it both ways.  Normally Curling Teams play as a Four and it is usually best to keep the same Four together.  BUT  won Gold with a team put together by the Federation, not as an organic four so.....     Also, the family thing, but curling is a village/small town sport, so everyone is always more or less related to each other, or neighbours, or friends from school etc etc.
