despite Baiul and Kim probably did skate the 2 best programs ever, here there's only one Queen, one Legend...

Syers once won the silver medal at the men's world championships. Julin was 4 months pregnant when she won gold in 1920. Henie dominated the 20s and 30s but was a bit of a diva off the ice, which probably helped her when she became a movie star.

 

Nobody ever had the charisma of Witt. But be careful when you google photographs of her....

I would like to vote for Yulia Lipnitskaya here, because her Sochi "Schindler's List" performance was so moving (some family reasons, nevermind...).

 

But it's not possible.

 

So I think Baiul is quite obvious choice then
