I feel like calling her dominant (in either Rio or Tokyo) is a bit of a stretch.

Pickrem did her best, not going to complain.  But Canada was faster than the Americans in every leg except breast, and faster in back and butterfly than Aus, just behind in free.  Hopefully Team Canada works on that before Paris.
