I think there are worse states to live in :d (like extremely hot states, extremely dry states, states with a ton of way too big cities, states full of just rednecks, states full of just the opposite of rednecks and so on :p )

 

I'm not hindered by a lot of knowledge about it, but somehow I've always liked Minnesota. Maybe because of Marshall in How I Met Your Mother :p

Minnesota is a good middle state, plus they do a lot of skating as well

In any case, the newest prognostics say there's not going to be much impact there, thankfully.

Expectations for a direct hit for the north of the Philippines, by Mangkhut, with winds of 300 kilometer per hour....this is gonna be a nightmare.
