1 - What the chances either Canadian team gets relegated to the B division?

2 - Canada can never have played in the B division at any level in the entire history, right?

1 - Canada got relegated to the B division in both men’s/women’s competition, as one of the bottom four finishers. A shock mainly for the men’s side, considering we won bronze in 2022. 
 

2 - Canada’s women’s team came through the B division to qualify for this event.

They selet team one year in advance to give them more support and preparation. But that also means another team might have a better form this year, also that the maximum age is one year lower in their junior championship to make them still Young enough for the world juniors
