Where can I find results for Canada Cup #2? Very tight internal battle between Dylan French, Leon Xiao, and Nicolas Zhang in men’s epee for a ticket to Zonal Championships (winner qualifies themselves for Paris, assuming we don’t qualify a team/athlete through World Rankings), and this is one of events that counts towards the selection.

What a disastrous start at the Pan Am Championships.

Xiao finished last among four Canadians in women's epee.

Bogdan Hamilton was the top male in men's foil ahead of all 3 named to the olympic team, with Brozus and Gu well down the table.

Nicholas Zhang was 15th in the men's epee. Only silver lining was Brind-Armor won bronze in the women's Sabre.

Amour not Armor :p

Even that was disappointing honestly, there’s no real notable names that she beat to win the bronze.

Women's epee team won gold defeating the US!! (However, US was missing their top ranked fencer, but 2-5 made up the team)

Men's foil with a pathetic loss to :BRA 45-36 in the semis. This team will be crushed in Paris unfortunately.

    • I think I can live with the draw , not a bad group at all. just a week ago our mafia coach said his dream group is Belgium, Egypt and Haiti, he almost got that !   but it's really hard for me (and so many others) to cheer for this team, A mafia boss coach, disgusting group of players. I never had this feeling about any NT in any sport before but still the national team is the national team. you have to like it  coaches and players come and go, the team is what matters.   if the team makes it to the competition, I'm sure there will be lots of Iranians in the stadium despite the orange's ban, that will never be a problem.
    • Belgium is the luckiest in this story
    • One of the worst possible draw for us. Group really easy but having to face  or  in the Round of 32 is devastating.
    • Always dreamed Gretzky will draw Slovakia was another moment I can already remove from my things to do before die list
