Ustiugov and Iversen decided to "run" for win a intermediate prize point. Yeah, this is really cross country :wall:

And then they screwed up, it was not the bonus intermediate.

Ok, both finished at the podium eventually, but probably lost out on proper bonus point intermediate. (think Iversen actually got those too)

With his tour stage win today, Emil Iversen has decided to skip the rest of the tour and will travel back to Norway to focus on the WCH.

This was his original plan before the tour started.

Klaebo had also considered to skip the rest of the tour after today's stage, but he is now saying that he will likely start tomorrow because he is the leader at the moment.

Yup, Tour de Ski has definitely run it's course. In addition to those that skip it more and more, the ones that do actually start don't want to finish it. FIS needs to start thinking how to save it before it is too late.

Nice attack from Klaebo at the last climb, got in front of Ustiugov then, and kept the position until the end.

Actually, very very uneventful pursuit. Whole atmosphere seem deflated there.

    • I still shocks, that a country of 4-5 million inhabitants? can be a powerhouse in almost every winter sport + handball, football (most recently with Haaland) and athletics: Ingebrigtsen, Warholm, etc. With such a small population, they can't be missing out on any major talent, surely? This must be the best training system in the world...
