nver tried this Ruby Chocolate...but now most likely I'm gonna get mad until I can find it here in Milan...

now I really need to try it...

It’s still rather new, about 2 years old I think. One of the Swiss Chocolate giants first discovered the method. It’s been slowly exported, but you should definitely be able to find some. I will warn you that it affectively tastes nothing like other common chocolates. It’s bitter and has some more natural berry flavor.

as long as there's no casein (my worst enemy in the kitchen), I'm OK with it...

and after your description, I think I'm going to appreciate it...;)

I just ate the most spicy horseradish in my life. Damn, that was something !

Made in Poland !

even worse than true Japanese Wasabi?

p.s. however, any sort of horseradish-related sausage is nothing compared to the hottest chili peppers in the world...as a big chili pepper fan, I tried to keep a plant of Trinidad Moruga Scorpion on my balcony...using that, it's a really mystic experience...:yikes:

it looks so innocent...

but if you eat it...it's the Devil inside you...:yikes:

yeah, my dad foced me to change it and get back to our usual "classic" Soverato chili pepper, which is nothing compared to that...

but I can tell you...a good dish of "spaghetti olio, aglio e peperoncino" with the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion was absolutely a "priceless" experience...

p.s. one day I have to try the Carolina Reaper...I know...I'm crazy, but I love spicy hot flavours...
