The thing is I really like this layout, it's easy to navigate, you just look at it and you know what is going on at certain time. I was using such a thing a lot at Tokyo 2020 but i had it completed only for first few days (and the rest was on paper with some sports only, just the most important sports for me in it).

 

So what you think, can we start a team work here? I can do Day 1 and 2 (Sat, Jul 27 and Sun, Jul 28) for a good start. Just give me few days.

I have tried to make a excel document with a suitable format. I have send @rafalgorka this document some time ago, but I can also share it here. From day 3 and forward is the format I think works best.

And one last spam from me this CET morning.

 

I would really like to come back to this project.

This kind of schedule layout is extremely useful for me during olympic time.

 

But 16 days is too much for me.

 

Maybe if we could find 8 users here (2 days for one user) we could make a great updated version of it.

We can update it once a month or sth.

 

We can even make versions for particular NOCs.

 

E.g. POL version with Polish athletes starts highlighted.

I updated the work already done by @Wumoand @esube to day 4 and added a way to see the number of events by half hour and by day ! I let the pdf and excel files here!

I would like to do next day or two but i don’t know exactly how to do it technically. Updating Antoo excel file by adding next days would be the easiest way for me I guess
