Olympian1010 7,578 Posted August 27, 2023 #43 Share Posted August 27, 2023 (edited) California gets a walk-off home run to win the Little League Series. They beat in the final. If I’ve said it a million times, I’ve probably said it a billion times; California is the best state in the Union. All the fake ass states can shove it. (Okay, maybe overboard there, but we don’t get a lot of opportunities to beat other state’s champions in sports.) Edited August 27, 2023 by Olympian1010 “Sport has the power to change the world. I'd say it is might be a bit unfortunate if a children's event is where one has to get their sports successes, but a win is a win, so yeah Josh and Olympian1010 2 If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! phelps 7,211 Posted November 5, 2023 #50 Share Posted November 5, 2023 2023 Japan Series after a 38 years long drought, the Hanshin Tigers have done it! they are the new Japan Series Champions!!! 3 runs in the 4th and 3 more in the 5th inning sealed the deal as no sign of life was shown by the Buffaloes through the entire game (which was a pretty disappointing one, for being the series decider of a matchup started with so much hype) Game #7, Hanshin Tigers b. Orix Buffaloes 7-1 in Osaka game details https://npb.jp/bis/eng/2023/games/s2023110501862.html the Tigers won the Series 4-
