Iran advanced to the bronze medal match in women's team Kumite. :) still pity they could beat Japan and go all the way to the final. but even bronze will be great. I assume they will be favorite against Spain but host nation is always dangerous.

so at the end of the preliminaries. we have 3 chance for gold (Ganjzadeh and Askari in men's individual Kumite plus the team kumite). and 5 for bronze. (Poursheib and Derafshipour in men's individual Kumite, Bahmanyar in women's Ind. kumite, women's team Kumite and men's team Kata)

Yep, everyone saw that coming since the very first moment. Didn't they already lose a European youth championships or something (and rightly so) because of refusing athletes to compete under their own flag?

Every country bans athletes from participating should be banned from organizing any further events in this sport , but i didn't know that there's a serious politicial problem between Spain and Kosovo that makes them don't show flags of Kosovo during medal ceremony in mediterranean games and now banning their athletes from participating , despite tge fact Kosovo has some very good talents in Karate that could have even won medals here

Spain allows the athletes from Kosovo to compete, but under WKF-flag, instead of Kosovo flag.

it's not a question between ESP and KOS directly, but Spain is one of those Nations that don't recognized the "new" Republic of Kosovo yet (only 113 Countries around the world currently recognize Kosovo as a legitimate indipendent State...Italy unfortunately is among them )...
