Russians did not qualift for the Paralympics but the IPC sent them 6 bipartite inviatations.

So they will participate with flag, anthem and without any neutrality check.

The first boycott - but not from the athletes

Wasn’t it because the court case said if they didn’t give them the court would order it anyway?

It's a complicated situation, because recently this ban sounds somewhat hypocritical, which weakens the argument for keeping them banned. It's a case of either banning them all or allowing them all. :dunno:

It’s destroyed these games and could well make major issues for the IPC going forward.

Really, no. These "Invitations are granted by the IPC in its sole discretion" according to the IPC rehulations of the Paralympics.

So, this is just a "good will" of the IPC - to send them to russians.

It is just about the absence of moral in IPC.

Expecially given that russians stolen our Sports Paralympic Training Center and used it for themselves.

IPC changed their position not because the situation has changed but just because russians find some votes in their support using different methods.
