What are the substitution rules in the 4x100m? In the mixed relay only one athlete was allowed to be substituted for the final.
Jamaica wants to bring Fraser, Jackson and Thompson for the final. Can they still do that?

My thought is that any number of changes, but only six medals total.  So for the sale of team harmony…
