I can't even stand" they told him to withdraw if he can't but he told them he wants to finish this . well the curse of not winning gold in GP events continues ! even though I accept the fact we are not a powerhouse in Taekwondo anymore but like other Asian countries (specially Korea) we saved our A team for the Asian Games. even though there were 3 world championship medalists in this team. so still something like A team. so no excuse not winning a single gold. funny note. if we don't consider this as a defeat. the other 4 Iranian athletes lost to Russia ! How is he doing in the Olympic rankings? I know there is a long way to go but does he have a realistic chance to make Tokyo 2020? dareza

I know there is a long way to go but does he have a realistic chance to make Tokyo 2020? unlikely through the ranking. but he will have his chance in European qualifiers. here he lost to the eventual gold medalist from Korea.
