Helloooo everybody,

Yesterday I spend the whole day in the Košice fanzone and it was something absolutely FANTASTIC ! Despite everything there being too much expensive, the atmosphere was just epic, I spend the day drinking hectoliters of beer with and fans.  Especially the finns are incredible, they invaded Košice, did anyone stay in Finland ? because it looks like the whole country population came to Slovakia, you can not find a place in the pubs or pubs beer garden, you see only Suomi jerseys everywhere 

 

and finally, the evening program and the WIN over USA !!! OMG, what a absolutely insane atmosphere it was, I lost my voice. It was just unreal performance and efforts from our guys.

happy to see that you survived yesterday's emotions and you enjoyed the day...

 

your description reminds me those beautiful days of 1994, when the World Champs final round was held here, in Milan...and I also enjoyed one of the best weeks of my life, lost between the hockey games, the unbelievable amount of beer the Finnish fans (but not only them) were able to drink already from the early hours of the day until very late at night and a Finnish fan in particular, named Kristiina (from Turku)...

Updates:

 

added to its official roster 3 more names, the defencers Bruggisser and Markus Lauridsen, also the forward Nick Olesen has been added to the official roster

so they have now 21 players registred (still 4 places remaining: 1 Goalie + 3 skaters)

 

invited teh Colorado Avalanch goaltender Philip Grubauer, this possible huge reinforcement already accepted the invitation, he now just have to pass the exit medical tests in Colorado. (if succeed, that will mean that Germany will have to send back home Dustin Strahlmeier)

 

  registred today more players, the defencer Olivier Dame Malka and forwards Eliot Berthon, Cedric Di Dio Balsamo, Peter Valier but especially Alexandre Texier of Columbus. This means FRA has now 23 players registred, so only 2 placesleft, 1 for the goalie and only one for skater (will be decided between defencer Pierre Crinon and forward Teddy Da Costa)

 

will be reinforced also by John Klingberg the Dallas Stars defencer, meaning SWE will have to send back home one of the two Lukas Bengtsson/Philip Holm

 

Vladislav Gavrikov arrived to Slovakia, so the Columbus defencer was registred to the official roster,  Russia has now 22 players submited (3 places left for 3 skaters)

 

added to its official roster yesterday the forward Tomáš Zohorna. CZE has now officially 20 players registred

 

invited and received positive answers from the Columbus Blue Jackets forward Pierr-Luc Dubois and Colorado Avalanche Tyson Jost. Once both players will arrive to Košice Canada willhave 24 players and still one spot empty for another skater.

 

added 5 defencers today to the official roster (Genazzi, Diaz, Frick, Fora and Janis Moser)

 

Teodors Blugers from Pittsburgh Penguins was added to its  official roster
