Therefore, 57th quota could not be given to either sex.    Therefore in Men's 1500m, When 4 teams with 8th starting place is reached (KOR, CAN, ITA, CHN) the men's quota is not 56 yet. (SOQC <27th in 1500m) However, when 3th member of USA gets starting place, and more importantly, new quota in SOQC 27th in 1500m discipline, the 56th member is full. This means that Netherland 3 gets 8th starting place, although they already has quota, and therefore do not need to get 57th quota for individual discipline, would fail to get their 5th quota for relay. Also, the Great Britain 2 starting place, which has no quota in 500, 1000 discipline, could not also be assigned. Therefroe, SOQC 37th, UZB1 would come instead of GB2.
