  1. Sorry, for the stupid Question, but they have again World Championships in these disciplines? Weren't the last ones like two months ago?
  2. Yes, it's the left knee. Her ligament is strained and she has a fracture of the "Tibiakopf" in the knee. (I'm sorry, I have heard this word for the first time today, looked for an online-Translation and didn't find any. Maybe someone else knows the english word.)
  3. Viktoria Rebensburg is out for the rest of the season after her fall in Garmisch. But it's nothing too serious, and she can probably start training again in six to eight weeks.
  4. Karlsruhe High Jump Women Imke Onnen at least 1,96m (Competition is still running)

  8. But Kilde and Mayer are much better in Giant Slalom than Paris or Feuz and can get many points in this disciplin or Maybe even parallel events
  9. I think Kilde had the better Chance anyway. Not that that makes Paris' injury any less sad.
  10. Sophie Kratzer, Ice hockey player who participated in Sochi 2014. She died of cancer, only 30 years old.
  11. How about moving Germany, France, Spain, UK, Italy, Poland, Scandinavia, Belgium, Netherlands etc. to America. Russia and Turkey can compete in the Asian qualification and we leave the European qualifier to Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, San Marino and Vatican City. Would be roughly the same.

  13. Well. Go, Russia! Win the final Tournament in men's foil, than Germany could still qualify.
  14. Women's handball was the biggest disappointment for me. Whatever happens in Volleyball, it won't come close to that disappointment unless they waste ten match points or something like that. Our Handball women really had the big chance and let it slip out of their hand. Both Volleyball teams on the other hand were and still are outsiders in a very strong tournament and played very well.
  15. Was the match really that important? I mean, it doesn't really matter, who'll qualify as first and who as runner up after all. But I can see that it might be another confidence boost for Poland, especially as Netherlands certainly didn't want to lose the match in front of the home crowd.
  16. I did watch the Matches, but remained very calm, because I thought they'll have no chance anyway and was satisfied that they played generally Pretty well. But now that they are closer to the Olympics than I'd ever expected I am getting nervous. Very nervous.
